She’s lent her powerhouse vocals to big-time acts (most recently Sugarland) in the studio and on stage, and as placed by UMPG her songs sell national fashion brands (JC Penney), financial plans (Chase), and enough network TV shows (Friday Night Lights, America’s Next Top Model) to happily binge on for months. But while willing to accept it’s called the music “business,” Amie Miriello remains a fiercely uncompromising artist whose style blends exuberant Stevie Nicks rock, soul-baring Aimee Mann folk, and the kind of dancefloor-worthy indie pop a slightly less brooding Fiona Apple might make.
Miriello has lived and prospered in all three of America’s showbiz hubs with stints in New York City, where she signed her first major label deal at 18, and Los Angeles, which was home base for two album-and-tour cycles for pop juggernaut Jive Records.
After having made her indelible mark on the New York and LA music scenes, Amie looked for new world's to conquer and now calls Nashville home.
From sharing the stage on Sugarland’s “Still the Same” 2018 arena tour to cowriting with such Nashville heavyweights as Chris Young, Danny Myrick and Rachel Thibodeau , Miriello has made her presence more than known in the hard to impress Music City.
2019 finds Amie excited to announce she's working on her latest release produced by Justin Glasco and it's sure to be a worthy follow up to 2017’s smoldering single “Move Me” and the 2016 EP Seeya When I Seeya!
